Upon placing your order and our receiving credit card approval we will send you a questionnaire which needs to be completed and returned to us. Once received a writer will be assigned and your project will begin. Within two business days you will receive a draft of the poem for your review and feedback. Your writer will spend as much time as needed to work with you in creating the very special memory.

The poem will be printed on beautiful paper and shipped to you or the recipient.

After completing your purchase you will receive a questionnaire attached to your confirmation email. This questionnaire must be completed and returned to us via email or fax. Once received we will assign a writer who will provide you with a first draft within 2 business days.

Our custom poems are beautifully framed (approximately 11x17) with a classic white matting (approximate opening of matting is 8.5x10) and will match almost any decor. You can speak to your writer about framing options.
